If Tharpaland IRC's circumstances change and we have to cancel any retreats either solitary or group, because of this change we will gladly refund all monies paid in full. If a retreat has to end prematurely or midway through, the outstanding balance will be returned in full. For this reason we recommend that you book open-ended or changeable tickets. However Tharpaland IRC will not knowingly advertise a retreat that we don't expect to complete.
