Meditation is a simple technique that everyone can learn. Experience deep relaxation and find real peace and happiness within your own mind. Discover how to cope with the difficulties and stressful situations of daily life.
The meditation classes combine guided meditation with practical advice on how to solve our daily problems and be positive. These weekly classes are organised as short courses. Everyone is welcome to attend the whole course or simply drop in whenever you can as each class is self-contained. No need to book, just turn up! £5 per class (or £20 for 5 classes) .
